The director of edge, Gary Chang graduated in architecture in 1987 and later set up his own studio which was born in 1998. His vast portfolio rages from France to Hong Kong. He has also won many representative awards internationally and regionally Gary had transformed his small apartment in a dream place of his own. The tiny accommodation under went several changes and thus later became a spacious living. His small home shifted into an amazing place with 24 different designs.Inspired by the idea of fun house Gary covered the areas of 344-square foot. He edited the house with sliding walls and detachable shelving. His apartment is decorated with alessi dishes, Arne Jacobsen cutlery.................

Sergay Makhno has launched the concept of a wooden dwelling like a dream place which tends to be more comfortable and looks very appealing. The designer has found wood and concrete to build a single storied house. The large circular wooden canopy of the house provides full exposure by its glass windows that are fixed a little higher from the ground surface. The designer has utilized all the geometrical and natural shapes even in the furniture along with the architecture thus providing a more colorful and abstract look to meet the modest approach. The first entrance in this house welcomes a peaceful and relaxes thought. We can notice the flexibility from door to door. The interior of the house guarantees the feasibility of the material used and the shapes being carved out. The arched door way of the bath welcomes a small spa in the center. The bulging hanging lights give a diffused illumination inside with a different color scheme in each room. The furniture is also in round shape with the bubble mirrors on the wall. The main theme of the house is the use of geometrical shapes in colorful ways. On the whole the house its self is a maze like cave with continuous openings from one room to another. This characteristic of this wooden house makes it distinguished from the daily conventional styles and adds interest to the basic plan and architecture.
